Apply for an API Monogram License

Step 1. Download the Program Information and License Agreement Please complete a separate License Agreement for each license under which you seek licensing.

Step 2. Download the Application Form
UPDATE 5/1/2008: Due to API Monogram Program enhancements, the Application Form has been revised.

Step 3. Download the Product Specification Form(s) that correspond to the License(s) of interest.

Renew your existing API Monogram License(s)

Step 3. Download the Product Specification Form(s) that correspond to the License(s) for which you are currently licensed.

API Monogram Marking Requirements

If you would like to apply for Alternative API Monogram Marking, please complete the Alternative Marking License Agreement.

Apply for the API Monogram Guest/Host Program

Please download and read the API Monogram Guest/Host Program Requirements. If you feel you meet the requirements, follow the instructions for submitting your application.
