On August 17, 2005, regulators, consultants and industry representatives participated in a workshop to gain a better understanding about the potential for vapor intrusion from subsurface petroleum hydrocarbon sources. The workshop was held in conjunction with the National Ground Water Association – American Petroleum Institute’s “Petroleum Hydrocarbons and Organic Chemicals in Ground Water” Conference in Costa Mesa, CA.
