Petro-Canada launched Petro-Points for Cancer program which gives its Petro-Points customers the opportunity to donate their points (in increments of 5,000) to the Cancer Information Service (CIS).
The Canadian Cancer Society has been overwhelmed by the generous support Petro-Points members have shown. Since Petro-Canada first introduced this reward program in April 2000, Petro-Points members have donated more than 236 million points. As a national, bilingual, toll-free service, CIS offers vital information about all aspects of cancer to patients, their families, health care professionals and the general public.
